Villa Sunset 1 is a stylish villa located in the lush village of İslamlar in Kalkan, offering a tranquil and peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. With its modern architecture and meticulously decorated interiors, it accommodates up to 4 people. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the first bedroom is equipped with a private jacuzzi, providing a romantic and comfortable stay – ideal for honeymooners and small families. The villa’s large and sheltered private pool and spacious garden, equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue area, are designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The open-plan living room-kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare your own meals. With its location overlooking nature, away from the noise of the city, and a short drive from Kalkan center and beautiful beaches, Villa Sunset 1 is the perfect choice for an unforgettable Mediterranean holiday.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, dining table, dinnerware for 4 people, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room includes a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters long x 3 meters wide, 1.5 meters deep.

Information: A short-stay fee of 6,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To protect against any potential damage during your stay at Villa Sunset 1, we require a deposit of 10,000 TL. This amount will be collected before your arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure if no damage or loss is found. If you wish, you can also make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask you to pay attention to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare everything. This way, we can welcome our subsequent guests with the same care.

Since our villas are located in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation available. However, if you wish, our sales team will gladly assist you with paid transfer services or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
