Making a reservation is very easy! After selecting the villa you want to rent on our website, you can fill out the request form or contact us directly to make your reservation. Our team will be happy to assist you at every stage of the process.
2. How much should I pay for a villa reservation?
A down payment of 20% to 35% of the total rental price is required to finalize the reservation. The remaining amount is collected in cash at the villa entrance. This rate may vary depending on some villas; detailed information will be provided to you at the reservation stage.
3. How many people can a villa accommodate?
The maximum accommodation capacity of each villa is different and this information is clearly stated in the villa descriptions. Accommodation above the specified number of people is only possible with prior approval.
4. What is included in the villa accommodation?
The accommodation fee includes electricity, internet, water, bottled gas, pool and garden maintenance and entrance cleaning service. Basic kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels are standard in all our villas.
5. Is there a meal service in the villa?
Our villas are generally offered with the "cook yourself" concept. The kitchens have all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. If requested, an outside meal service or a private chef service can be provided. These services are subject to an extra charge.
6. How far are the villas from the sea?
The distance of each villa to the sea varies. While some villas are within walking distance to the sea, others can be found further inland, surrounded by nature and in more isolated locations.
