Start by deciding on the exact dates of your vacation and the number of people in your group.

Browse through our collection at www.kalkandavillan.com to find detailed information and photos of our villas.
3. Contact Us
Once you’ve found a villa you like, get in touch with us via WhatsApp, phone, or our contact form to inquire about availability. We will check the dates and get back to you with a confirmation if the villa is available.
4. Reservation Confirmation and Down Payment
If the villa is available for your selected dates, we will send you a reservation confirmation. To secure your booking, we request a deposit of 20% to 35% of the total rental price.
5. Arrival and Welcome
Upon your arrival, either the villa owner or one of our team members will welcome you at the property. You’ll be informed in advance about the check-in time and further details.
