Booking your dream holiday villa is quick and easy with KalkandaVillan. Follow the steps below to complete your reservation safely in just a few minutes!

1. Choose Your Villa

Use the filters on our website to search for villas based on location, number of guests, pool type, view, or price range. You can view each villa’s detailed description, updated photos, and availability calendar.

2. Fill Out the Booking Request Form or Contact Us

On the villa page, you can fill out the “Booking Request Form” to send your inquiry directly.
If you prefer, you can also reach us via phone, WhatsApp, or email for direct assistance.

3. Confirmation & Booking Agreement

Once we receive your request, our team will contact you to provide:

• Availability status

• Total price and payment details

• Official rental agreement
  After you confirm, we’ll send your personalized rental contract.

4. Secure Your Reservation with a Prepayment

To finalize the booking, a prepayment of 20%-35% of the total rental price is required. Once payment is received, your reservation will be confirmed, and the calendar will be blocked in your name.

5. Get Ready for Your Vacation!

A few days before check-in, we’ll get in touch again to share the villa’s exact location and arrival instructions.
Now, all that’s left is to pack your bags and enjoy your holiday!
