Villa Akdeniz 1 was completed in 2021 and is located in the İslamlar area of ​​Kalkan, surrounded by nature. It boasts panoramic nature views. It is a conservative villa, surrounded by a private swimming pool, and is secluded from prying eyes. It is 10 km from Kalkan city center. Villa Akdeniz 1 has one bedroom and is decorated in a modern and stylish way, accommodating two people. The bedroom features a jacuzzi and a cinema room. It offers a luxurious holiday opportunity for honeymooners. Villa Akdeniz-1 offers its valued guests a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature.

Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters long x 3.5 meters wide, and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 5.000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To cover any potential damage during your stay at Villa Akdeniz 1, we require a 10,000 TL deposit. This deposit will be collected prior to check-in and refunded in full if no damage or loss is detected upon check-out. You can also pay in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please respect these times so our cleaning team can meticulously prepare every detail. This allows us to welcome future guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Because our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation available. However, if you prefer, our sales team is happy to assist you with paid transfers or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
