Villa Akdeniz 2 was completed in 2021 and is located in the İslamlar area of ​​Kalkan, surrounded by nature. It boasts panoramic nature views. Surrounded by a private swimming pool, it is a conservative villa, protected from prying eyes. It is 10 km from Kalkan city center. Villa Akdeniz 2 has two bedrooms and is decorated in a modern and stylish way, accommodating up to four people. Each bedroom features a jacuzzi. It offers a luxurious holiday opportunity for honeymooners and small families. Villa Akdeniz 2 welcomes you, our valued guests, to a peaceful holiday amidst nature.

Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. Access to the pool terrace is provided.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, toilet, and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters long x 3.5 meters wide, and 1.60 meters deep.

Deposit Information:

To cover any potential damage that may occur during your stay at Villa Akdeniz 2, we require a 10,000 TL deposit. This deposit will be collected prior to your check-in and will be refunded in full upon check-out if no damage or loss is detected. You can also pay in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare every detail. This way, we can welcome future guests with the same care.

Because our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation available. However, if you prefer, our sales team is happy to assist you with paid transfers or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
