Villa Alternatif, one of our luxury summer villas located in the Kızıltaş area of ​​Kalkan, has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. It’s an ideal choice for a holiday with a large group of friends or family. Furnished with all the necessary amenities and modern details, the villa features an American-style kitchen and a spacious living room on the ground floor. Sit back, enjoy a cup of coffee, and enjoy the fresh air while enjoying the peaceful views of Kalkan Bay and the islands.

Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dining table, dinnerware for 10 people, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There’s access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Includes two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 4: Includes two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters long x 4 meters wide, and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 10,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To cover any potential damage that may occur during your stay at Villa Alternatif, we require a 20,000 TL deposit. This deposit will be collected prior to your check-in and will be refunded in full upon check-out if no damage or loss is detected. You can also pay in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare every detail. This way, we can welcome future guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Because our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation available. However, if you prefer, our sales team is happy to assist you with paid transfers or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to arrive by car, we provide detailed location and directions.
