Villa Dera

Newly completed in the summer season of 2021, Villa Dera is located in the İslamlar region of Kalkan. This luxurious and secluded villa, nestled in nature, is ideal for honeymooners and small families. Upon entering, you are greeted by the scent of brand-new furnishings, along with magnificent architecture. The modern and luxurious living room features a billiards table and a small stair garden. Outside, a very large swimming pool, a children’s pool within the pool, and a floating pavilion await you. Breathe in the scent of nature with stunning mountain and partial sea views. Villa Dera, with its 2 bedrooms, has been meticulously designed for your comfort; it has every detail you need for a luxurious holiday. Located in the increasingly popular İslamlar region, Villa Dera is one of the most conceptual holiday villas, and its double bedroom also features a very large jacuzzi. Villa Dera can be rented together with the adjacent Villa Asal. 

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American-style kitchen in anthracite and white colors includes a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, filter coffee machine, water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner hob (built-in), microwave, electric kettle, cookware, kitchen utensils, dinnerware for 8 people, and a washing machine. A large glass sliding door leads from the kitchen to the pool terrace.

Living Room: The living room, overlooking the pool and nature, features a seating area, a billiards table, a dining table for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, and air conditioning. A large glass sliding door leads from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: This room has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a TV. It also includes a very large jacuzzi, a bathroom, and a toilet. This room offers views of nature and a partial sea; you can enjoy the pleasant scent of the mountains when you open the window. A large glass sliding door provides access to the balcony terrace.

Bedroom 2 : This room has two single beds that can be combined, a bedside table, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet. This room offers nature views; you can enjoy the pleasant scent of the mountains when you open the window. There is a large glass sliding door that provides access to the balcony terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters long x 4 meters wide, 1.65 meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions: 3 meters long x 6.5 meters wide, 0.20 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 2.5 meters long x 1.5 meters wide, 0.25 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 6,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To protect against any potential damage during your stay at Villa Dera, we require a deposit of 10,000 TL. This fee will be collected from you before your arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure, provided no damage or loss is found. You can also make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare everything. This way, we can welcome our subsequent guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Our villas are located in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, so there is no public transportation available. However, if you wish, our sales team will gladly assist you with paid transfer services or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to arrive by car, we provide detailed location and directions.
