Villa Elit 2

Villa Elit 2 is one of our luxury 5-bedroom villas located in the Akbel district of Kalkan, accommodating up to 10 people. Its luxurious design and modern structure, set in captivating shades of blue, offers you a dream holiday. This sea-view rental villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. The villa features a sauna on the upper floor and a jacuzzi in the pool.

Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dining table, dinnerware for 10 people, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 17 meters long x 4 meters wide, and 1.55 meters deep.

Information: A short-stay fee of 10,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To cover any possible damage that may occur during your stay at Villa Elit 2, we require a 20,000 TL deposit. This deposit will be collected before your check-in and will be refunded in full upon check-out if no damage or loss is detected. You can also make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in at our villas is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to observe these times so our cleaning team can meticulously prepare every detail. This way, we can welcome future guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Because our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation available. However, if you prefer, our sales team is happy to assist you with paid transfers or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to arrive by car, we provide detailed location and directions.
