It offers a complete accommodation experience with its spacious garden area, private swimming pool, airy living spaces, and fully equipped kitchen. Its proximity to Patara Beach provides a combination of nature, sea, and tranquility.

Villa Ersan 3 is ideal for large groups of friends and families as it can be rented together with its neighbors, Villa Ersan 1, Villa Ersan 2, and Villa Ersan 4.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room includes a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, toilet and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: 9.5 meters long x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 3,250 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

Villa Ersan 3: To secure against any potential damage during your stay, we request a deposit of 5,000 TL. This amount will be collected before your arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure if no damage or loss is found. Alternatively, you can make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare every detail. This way, we can welcome future guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Because our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation available. However, if you prefer, our sales team is happy to assist you with paid transfers or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to arrive by car, we provide detailed location and directions.
