Villa Escobar

Villa Escobar is a 3-bedroom villa nestled in nature, located in the Ulugöl region of Kalkan, accommodating up to 6 people. Villa Escobar boasts numerous amenities including a private swimming pool with sea views, a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a sauna, air hockey, table tennis, a swing, a mini children’s playground, garden seating, a barbecue area, and a children’s pool. The pool terrace and garden offer privacy, making it an ideal holiday destination for families or groups of friends.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi, and bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, toilet and bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, toilet and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: 13 meters long x 4 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 meters long x 2.50 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep. (Indoor pool heating fee is 10,000 TL per week. Maximum temperature reaches 25-29 degrees.)

Information: The last 700 meters of the road to Villa Escobar is slightly steep and unpaved. Villa Escobar also has a generator.

A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To protect against any potential damage during your stay at Villa Escobar, we require a deposit of 7,000 TL. This amount will be collected before your arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure, provided no damage or loss is found. Alternatively, you can make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare everything. This will allow us to welcome our subsequent guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Our villas are located in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, so there is no public transportation available. However, if you wish, our sales team will gladly assist you with paid transfer services or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to travel by car, we provide detailed location and directions.
