Villa İçöz Duo is a 2-bedroom villa with magnificent nature views located in the Kalkan Akbel region. Our villa is decorated according to all your needs with its interior and exterior design. Our villa, which has a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, is 1 km from Kalkan city center and offers you a secluded holiday opportunity with its large garden.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table in the living room. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, toilet and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: 11.5 meters long x 3.5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Deposit Information:

In order to secure any possible damages that may occur during your stay at Villa İçöz Duo, we request a deposit of 5,000 TL. This amount is collected from you before your check-in and will be returned to you in full if no damage or loss is detected upon your check-out. If you wish, you can also make this payment in US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

In order to host our guests in the best way possible, the check-in time for our villas has been determined as 16:00 and the check-out time as 10:00. We kindly ask you to pay attention to these hours so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare every detail. In this way, we can welcome our guests after you with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Since our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation. However, if you wish, our sales team will be happy to assist you with paid transfer services or car rental. The closest airport for our guests arriving by plane is Muğla Dalaman Airport. We support our guests planning to arrive with their own vehicle with detailed location and directions.
