Situated at the peaceful intersection of the most beautiful shades of green and blue, our villa will open the doors to a comfortable holiday for you, your family, or friends. Designed with luxurious and modern furnishings, this summer villa accommodates 12 people in total. It features six en-suite bedrooms and six bathrooms. Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dining table, dinnerware for 12 people, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. Access to the pool terrace is available.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Note: A short-stay fee of 10,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To cover any potential damage during your stay at Villa Kaputaş, we require a 20,000 TL deposit. This deposit will be collected before your check-in and refunded in full if no damage or loss is detected upon check-out. You can also pay in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible welcome for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you observe these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare every detail. This ensures that we can welcome future guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Because our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation available. However, if you prefer, our sales team is happy to assist you with paid transfers or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to arrive by car, we provide detailed location and directions.
