Villa Orya Due is a magnificent villa located in Kalkan Islamlar village, which will be appreciated by our guests with its magnificent view, and the construction was completed in 2021. Our 2-bedroom villa with a capacity of 4 people is also an ideal option for our honeymoon couples. Designed for you, the villa Orya Due, which will add joy to your pleasure and memories to your villa owner, is waiting for its guests who want to have a quiet, secluded holiday.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table in the living room. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, Jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, toilet and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: It is 9 meters long X 3.5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Deposit Information:

In order to secure any possible damages that may occur during your stay at Villa Orya Due, we request a deposit of 3,000 TL. This amount is taken from you before your check-in and will be returned to you in full if no damage or loss is detected upon check-out. If you wish, you can also make this payment in US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

In order to host our guests in the best way possible, the check-in time for our villas is determined as 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask you to pay attention to these hours so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare every detail. Thus, we can welcome our future guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Since our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation. However, if you wish, our sales team will be happy to assist you with paid transfer services or car rental. The closest airport for our guests arriving by plane is Muğla Dalaman Airport. We support our guests planning to arrive with their own vehicles with detailed location and directions.
