Villa Patara Breeze is a 3-bedroom villa for rent in the Patara region of Kaş, accommodating up to 6 people. It is located 1 km from the world-famous Patara Sand Dunes, the ancient city of Patara, and the beach. Its indoor heated swimming pool makes it an ideal choice during transitional seasons and winter months.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room has a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters long x 3.50 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 meters long x 2.50 meters wide, 1.10 meters deep. (Pool heating fee is 7,000 TL per week.)

Deposit Information:

To protect against any potential damage during your stay at Villa Patara Breeze, we require a deposit of 5,000 TL. This amount will be collected before your arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure if no damage or loss is found. Alternatively, you can make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible stay for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare everything. This way, we can welcome our subsequent guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Our villas are located in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, so there is no public transportation available. However, if you wish, our sales team will gladly assist you with paid transfer services or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to arrive by car, we can provide detailed location and directions.
