Villa Peri Masalı

Villa Peri Masalı is a luxury holiday villa located in the İslamlar region of Kalkan, accommodating up to 5 people. Surrounded by nature, the villa boasts a spacious veranda and a private pool. The pool veranda offers amenities such as a children’s play area, a large water slide, barbecue, and a swing. Its secluded location makes it ideal for conservative guests. Stylish and comfortably designed, the villa has two bedrooms. Additionally, the villa features a jacuzzi, sauna, and indoor pool, making it suitable for year-round accommodation.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room includes a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi, and bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom2 : One double bed, one single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, toilet and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters long x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 meters long x 3 meters wide, 1 meter deep.

Information: You can use the indoor pool heating in our villa for 10,000 TL per week. (Maximum 25-29 degrees)

A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To secure against any possible damage during your stay at Villa Peri Masalı, we request a deposit of 10,000 TL. This amount is taken from you before your arrival and will be refunded to you in full upon your departure if no damage or loss is found. If you wish, you can also make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask you to pay attention to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare everything. This way, we can welcome our subsequent guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Since our villas are located in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation available. However, if you wish, our sales team will gladly assist you with paid transfer services or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to arrive by their own vehicle, we provide detailed location and directions information.
