Villa Rainbow

Villa Rainbow is a modern and luxurious villa located within walking distance to the sea in Kaş Kalkan, offering accommodation for up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms. It promises an unforgettable holiday experience with its private swimming pool, panoramic sea view and comfortable interior design. With its large terrace, stylish living room and central location, it is an ideal option for those who want to both relax and explore the surroundings.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Living Room: There is a seating area, TV, air conditioning, coffee table in the living room. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, toilet and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, balcony, nightstand, air conditioning. (It is on the attic and has a slightly flat area.)

Pool Dimensions: It is 8 meters long x 4 meters wide and 1.70 meters deep.

Deposit Information:

In order to secure any possible damages that may occur during your stay at Villa Rainbow, we request a deposit of 7,000 TL. This amount is taken from you before your check-in and will be returned to you in full if no damage or loss is detected upon your check-out. If you wish, you can also make this payment in US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

In order to host our guests in the best way possible, the check-in time for our villas is 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask you to pay attention to these hours so that our cleaning team can prepare every detail meticulously. In this way, we can welcome our next guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Since our villas are located in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, there is no public transportation. However, if you wish, our sales team will be happy to assist you with paid transfer services or car rental. The closest airport for our guests arriving by plane is Muğla Dalaman Airport. We will provide support with detailed location and directions for our guests planning to arrive with their own vehicles.
