Nestled amidst the unique natural beauty of Patara, Villa Tek is a private villa designed especially for couples and honeymooners, with one bedroom and a capacity for two people. It offers an unforgettable holiday experience with its modern American kitchen, comfortable living room, and private pool. The jacuzzi in the bedroom provides a setting for romantic moments. Located in a secluded, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere, it is accessible by car to beaches and restaurants.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room includes a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, and bathroom with toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters long x 3.5 meters wide, and 1.50 meters deep.

Deposit Information:

Villa Tek: To secure against any potential damage during your stay, we request a deposit of 5,000 TL. This amount will be collected before your arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure if no damage or loss is found. Alternatively, you can make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask you to adhere to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare everything. This way, we can welcome our subsequent guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Our villas are located in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, so there is no public transportation available. However, if you wish, our sales team will gladly assist you with paid transfer services or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to travel by car, we provide detailed location and directions.
