Villa White House

Villa White House, located in the Sarıbelen region of Kalkan, is a 2-bedroom villa accommodating up to 4 people. Situated in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Villa White House features an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and many other activities. Its lush garden, integrated with the pool terrace, offers many amenities for children, including table tennis and a swing. Here you can enjoy quality time with your family and loved ones. This villa is available for rent during the winter months and has an indoor pool and underfloor heating.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room includes a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, TV, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, Jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, bedside table, toilet and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: 16 meters long x 4.5 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 meters long x 2 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Information: At Villa White House, the pool heating fee is 2,000 TL per day and reaches a maximum temperature of 25-29 degrees Celsius. Underfloor heating is also available and included in the pool heating fee; however, if requested, please specify 3 days in advance.

A short-stay fee of 5,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Information:

To protect against any potential damage during your stay at Villa White House, we require a deposit of 5,000 TL. This fee will be collected from you before your arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure, provided no damage or loss is found. You can also make this payment in US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, check-in time for our villas is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times so that our cleaning team can meticulously prepare everything. This way, we can welcome our subsequent guests with the same care.

Transportation Information:

Our villas are located in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, so there is no public transportation available. However, if you wish, our sales team will gladly assist you with paid transfer services or car rentals. For guests arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. For guests planning to arrive by car, we provide detailed location and directions.
